15-year-old Trevor Ellsworth has been missing after walking out of his father's home on Oak Street in Glens Falls without telling anyone where he was going on Feb. 15. Police checked surveillance cameras and found that he had been at the Family Dollar store on Dix Avenue that afternoon, walking out at 12:58 p.m. but the camera didn't show which way he went. Trevor did not take a cellphone with him when he left the Oak Street home.
Trevor is home-schooled but attended schools in Glens Falls before the decision was made to teach at home. Family members are concerned he may have harmed himself.
Trevor was described as 5-foot-9, 160 pounds, and was last seen wearing gray sweatpants, black leather jacket, gray knit hat, black boots and glasses.
