The Gallatin County Coroners Office is asking for your help. Thursday morning at approx. 9 am, workers at the Markland Dam in Warsaw KY found the body of a white male floating in the water.
There was no identification found on the body.
He is described as approx 220 lbs, 58″ inches tall and looks to be in the late 30s or early 40s. He had three tattoos consisting of a cross on his middle finger of his right hand, the word stud bolt on his upper left chest, and a half heart deer bucks head with the wording her buck written on it.
He was wearing a dark pull over hoodie, dark t shirt, blue jeans, and Brama brand work boot.
If you have any information, please call the Gallatin County Coroners Office @ 859-655-5741 or the Gallatin County Sheriffs Office @ 859-567-5751.

NamUs has this case marked as low-medium identification potential but I think the tattoos should help identify him. The Ohio River flows west and his body was in the water for up to 2 months so who knows - body may have come from anywhere upstream and could have entered the water from either Kentucky or Indiana. I'm stuck on this case - I feel like he should be pretty easy to identify.
