Found Deceased UT - Tanner Oblad, 20, autistic, Taylorsville, 21 Feb 2018

Tanner Oblad, 20, left for school at Salt Lake Community College in Taylorsville around 11 a.m. Wednesday. He left his house without his wallet or phone. He usually takes TRAX and a bus. Tanner is a “high functioning person with autism” and he does not have any severe medical needs.

Police also ask residents in the area to check their cameras.

"Check your surveillance cameras, see if we have any sightings, any direction of where he could have gone," he said.

Police ask for public's help finding 20-year-old autistic man

Police have sent out an "endangered missing advisory", and are asking for the publics help finding Oblad.

Oblad is 5 feet 11 inches and about 145 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes and is a high-functioning autistic man, officials said.

Oblad was last seeing a blue parka, blue jeans and black snow boots.

It was smart to crop that picture very close up. I think that I would notice that facial expression easily if I were to see him.

Police are searching for a newer, blue or black Chevy pickup truck that a witness says may have stopped and picked up 19-year-old Tanner Oblad.

wow, this article shreds A LOT more light on this man's story IMO. Sounds like he has been a little depressed of late... and that leaving w/o his wallet and phone was not at all part of his routine, and he is a creature of routine and habit it seems, per his dad... Wonder about the truck the neighbor reportedly saw Tanner get into.
