Police need your help locating a missing 24-year-old from Rockville, Maryland.
Nekkhakhi Tahuti Rayford was last seen by family members at 10:30 p.m. on Monday when he left his Village Square Terrace home on foot. Family members have been unable to contact him since that time.
Rayford is described as an African American male, 6 1 tall and weighing 170 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
Police and family are concerned for Rayfords physical and emotional welfare.
