Most of the people I have found in NY with that surname are from Honduras, though I don't know if she was too.

The only trace I can find is in a marriage record on Ancestry for Rebecca B Cook to Entimo F Suazo in Brooklyn in 1977. This may be a pure coincidence and a different woman, but the location and date is right. Add in that Entimo remarries in Manhattan in 1982, and that I can find no divorce or other trace of Rebecca B Cook, and at least it raises the question as to whether it is the right person.
