The other two times Mr Archer went missing he was located within a day. Hopefully he is found soon. This looks like a pattern almost, 9/21/17, 12/25/17, 3/24/17. While dementia and Alzheimers can lead to 'wandering' I wonder if there is something he does every 3 months or so that is very important to him.

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - The Philadelphia Police Department has issued a missing endangered person advisory for a man last seen in the city Saturday.

Charenzy Archer, 84, was last seen on on the 7200 block of Ogontz Avenue at approximately 10:00 a.m.

Archer is a 6-foot-tall,115-pound black male with gray hair and green eyes.

Archer is wearing a blue fedora hat, a red and blue corduroy jacket and khaki pants.

Police believe the person may be at special risk of harm or injury and may be confused.

The department is issuing the advisory to Philadelphia, Berks, Montgomery, Delaware and Chester Counties.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police immediately by calling 911 or Philadelphia PD at 215-686-3352.
