Yikes! I wonder what the time frame of the test was on the baby?

My friend has a foster/adopted who came to her fresh from the hospital (literally, bracelets & everything) due to test at birth, but I would think if that were the case here the baby would have been taken long ago?

“A court granted BIA Social Services custody of child, but mother fled with child.”

I wonder if the child had been placed in the care of a family member while in custody of BIASS? Or maybe they tested positive for something like marijuana at birth and there was a safety plan she failed to follow resulting in the court giving custody to SS?

UPDATE: Missing/Endangered Person Advisory for 9-month old girl
http://www.kxlh.com/story/37947107/update-missingendangered-person-advisory-for-9-month-old-girl
The Montana Department of Justice said in a press release at 6:53 p.m. that they believe Jones has taken Aubryella to Minnesota via Amtrak train.

The 2003 Pontiac has been found.

The MEPA says that the court granted custody of the infant to BIA Social Services, but Jones fled with the child.

The MT DOJ says that Jones and the infant tested positive for drugs, and the child is believed to be in danger.

If you have any information, call the Roosevelt County Sheriff's Office at 406-653-6240, your local law enforcement agency, or 911.

There’s a few scenarios, I’m sure more info will get released soon. Speaking from personal experience, my sons 4y/o half brother (different Mom, if you can call her that), was found alone roaming outside. Cops came, 4 hours later Mom & her boyfriend finally showed up. Child was removed immediately and put into foster care, child & both adults were tested for drugs via hair (best way)!! All tested positive for marijuana, ecstasy & meth. I attended all court hearings, etc, fighting for that innocent boy. Mother got supervised visitations, she happened to know the foster parents so they were letting her keep the boy without DHS knowing. State of Iowa is VERY MUCH for the child being with their mother. DHS never did anything about it & he’s back with Mom and bf. So my guess, is maybe there was a claim/concern, or was positive at birth & immediately DHS or CPS (whatever Montana calls it), took baby but she was still allowed visitations. I know every state is different. Anyways, sorry for the novel & prayers this baby gets back into a safe home AND mama gets help.
