"Bitter" Relationship With Mom Leads to 1st Dergree [sic]Murder
A man accused of killing his mother and dumping her body in a southeast Kansas strip mine pit has been convicted of first-degree murder.
Jurors who heard the case in Crawford County deliberated less than four hours yesterday before convicting 36-year-old Paul C. Hunt. On May 3rd Hunt will sentenced to between 25 years and life in prison for the death of Mary ``Sue'' Taylor of Fort Scott.
