SAN ANTONIO -- Police arrested a 54-year-old man Sunday in connection with the slaying of his wife.
Tony Elizondo had been on the run since March 26, when the body of his 50-year-old wife, Rosa Navarro, was found in her West Side home.
Police said that Elizondo stabbed Navarro during a violent argument and then told her young grandson, who discovered her body, to "be quiet."
