In the summer of 2000, the city of Philadelphia searched 5 days for Iriana DeJesus- who was ultimately found in an abandoned house, raped and stuffed into a trashbag. The perp was only known as "Carlos".

This week, Philadelphia Police announced that a DNA match with a man who was arrested for forgery in Phoenix in 2004. He was sent back to his native Honduras.

If this pervert is back in the USA I hope someone turns him in. This baby was only 5 yrs old and he raped and murdered her. You know he hasn't stopped.
 
Years ago I had a friend who noticed that the suspect sketch in the Dejesus case resembled the sketch of one of the suspects wanted for the 1998 murder of Christina Williams, which is unsolved. He reported his suspicions to law enforcement and was told they'd look into it, but I don't know what, if anything, they found. Now that they have identified the probable murderer of Iriana, perhaps they can try to link him to other cases.
 
He obviously moves easily between states... ugh. This case definately makes the case for DNA submission.

Flores has scars on his forehead and right cheek.

Remarks:
Flores has ties to Honduras.

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading directly to the arrest of Alexis Flores
