Roof collapse in a Moscow Indoor Water Park

Engineers will have to get in there and check out the structure, design and the load of snow... I don't think it is a crime, as that would make me think the architects deliberately designed it to collapse.

But definately neglect, or not following building code, short cuts in building it... they could be liable.

This stuff happens all the time, shopping malls are particularly vunerable with their expansive flat roof.

Terrible thing though! There was a kids birthday party going on.. must have pure horror.
