Nearly 60 volunteers gathered on the city's East Side today to search for a Cleveland woman who has been missing for three months. A victim search firm from Texas, equusearch, came out on sat at the request of the family to help search for Gloria Walker, 46. She was last seen May 20 leaving her Francis Avenue home in a black 1996 Lumina. The car was found two weeks later, parked in the Harvard-Fleet area.

What the heck? I haven't heard about this! I'm usually a loyal news watcher, but haven't lately.

I wish I would have known earlier, I might have been able to help in the search.

How awful that news was ALL OVER the missing/murdered Canton mom, but nothing about this case? :(

Also, the Harvard/Fleet area is a very high-crime area. If a significant other is not involved, she could have just been car-jacked.

Kelly, if I can do anything, please let me know. I'm just on the other side of town. I was hoping media would air something since it's been a year.
 
Gloria was listed on that link around 4pm. The news site took her name off the link shortly after.

Gloria Walker, the mother of Washington's now 21-year-old son, vanished without a trace on May 20, 2007. By Washington's account, she dropped a neighbor's friend off at East 49th Street and Harvard Road then returned to her home near East 65th Street and Broadway Avenue and apparently left home again that night.

"Someone who was with her that night knows exactly what happened to her," he said. "And they shouldn't be afraid to come forward because I do not believe they committed a crime. So I would love for them to come and tell the police whatever they know."

Gloria Walker was last seen on May 20, 2007. At that time, she was spotted driving her boyfriend's black Chevrolet Lumina on East 65th Street in Cleveland. Her car was later found abandoned.

She was 47 years old at the time.

Details​

Gloria left her home around 11:00 PM on 5/20/2007, to take a friend home. She was driving a black 1995 Chevy Lumina. Her car was seen at a gas station at East 49 and Harvard near the freeway later that evening. The car was later found abandoned. She was last seen wearing red jogging pants, a tank top, and a cloth necklace with keys and a pink and red baby pacifier/rattle.
