The family of an Ashtabula man missing more than a month, and last seen in Conneaut, is offering $1,500 for information leading to his whereabouts.
Relatives of Chyrone Kelley, 31, are hoping the reward will prompt people with knowledge of the man to step forward. We hope it helps, said his brother, Christopher Kelley of Conneaut.
Police said Chyrone Kelley was last seen leaving Christophers house on Nov. 3. Officers were contacted about the missing man nine days later, he said.
Family members say Kelley was observed at the Clark convenience store at Harbor and State streets in Conneaut, after leaving Christophers house.

Kelley stands 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 290 pounds, relatives said. He has a light complexion with freckles, red hair and brown eyes. Kelley last was seen wearing a yellow-and-brown-striped polo shirt, brown hat, blue jeans, blue Nike shoes and a brown hat. He has a tattoo of his mother on his left arm.
