Police say 34-year-old Michael Jay Dougher was reported missing by his mom who hasn't heard from him since November 30.
Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Dougher moved to Kauai in June 2006. He has been living on the North Shore since his arrival on the island.
Dougher is 6'0 and weighs between 160 and 170 pounds. He has green eyes and brown hair. He is of Caucasian descent and has a fair complexion and medium build.
