Details of Disappearance
LeBlanc was arrested on August 8, 1983 and charged with prostitution. She was placed in the custody of the Department of Social and Health Services (DHS) and sent to live in a youth shelter. On August 12, 1983, there was a DSHS outing to the Seattle Center. LeBlanc ran away while on the outing and has never been seen or heard from again.
LeBlanc may have been a victim of the Green River serial killer. She was added to the official victim list in 1983. [snip] Many of the Green River victims were runaways or prostitutes. [snip]
