Priscilla's father was given sole custody of Priscilla in December 1994, nine months after the child's abduction.
A felony warrant was issued for Elfriede on December 9, 1998, four and a half years after Priscilla was abducted and four years after her father got custody. Priscilla and Elfriede may be in Germany; Priscilla was born there, but she is an American citizen. The child's case remains unsolved.
