WOW. We've had a lot of cold cases being solved lately because of the latest DNA technology.

omg that is wonderful news! :woohoo:
I remember when this murder happened. My cousin lives in Anaheim and couldn't believe the case was unsolvable...and it wasn't.

How does one go about photographing weddings and other family events after they've killed their own wife?! No heart, no soul.

Hi taxi:blowkiss:. Good point about him having no heart and no soul.

A Washington man showed no emotion Friday as he was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison for killing his estranged wife nearly 28 years ago.

William Gregory Mordick, 64, continued to insist that he was innocent in a brief statement before Superior Court Judge John Conley sentenced him for the first-degree murder of Katherine O'Connell Mordick, who was discovered with her throat slit inside her Anaheim Hills home on Jan. 23, 1983...

Mordick moved to Tacoma, Wash., and become a commercial photographer after the slaying. He never re-married, and was a single father to his two daughters – who continue to believe in their father's innocence.
