LOCKPORT A five-alarm fire raged through a residential hotel Tuesday morning, killing at least one person.

What a shame that someone lost their life. I'm praying for the victim and their family and for the family of the missing person. God bless them.
I went there today on my way into work and took some photos. The coroner's van was still out in front at 10:30 a.m. and the cadaver dogs were still working... I wonder if they identified the victim yet.
On top of everything, this is also a historic building (the Volz Building) in Lockport's historic downtown corridor.
