Possible victims : New York

McNeill's case is the one that started Detectives Gannon and Duarte's investigation into these cases.

I can't find any more info on Patrick - I only link back to articles about these recent investigations.

Autopsy Shows a Fordham Student Drowned

Published: April 17, 1997

The Fordham University student whose body was found floating near a Brooklyn pier last week died from drowning, New York City's chief Medical Examiner ruled yesterday, adding that the young man had a moderate amount of alcohol in his blood but was not overly inebriated when he died.
Dr. Charles Hirsch, the chief Medical Examiner, said his office does not release the precise numerical blood alcohol levels, which change depending on how long a person has been dead. But he said that the level of alcohol in the body of the student, Patrick McNeill Jr., was ''more than a little and less than a lot.''

These two I found thanks to a post by Blink34.

He was leaving a COSTUME PARTY?? Remind you of anyone?
Chris Jenkins was found in his Indian costume.

The weekend the detectives breaking their hypothesis on these similar cases are in NY, using the Chris Jenkins case as their case study, who went missing the eve of Halloween dressed in costume- wtf??
This guy was from St. Paul???

Unreal, isn't it, Blink? And in the wake of the renewed interest of the case. Coincidence?

I think I'm gonna hurl- seriously this is unbelievable

Wow!! I just saw this. Unbelievable! My friend's son goes to Ithaca College. I'll see if she knows anything.

See if she can find out why they would have a costume party in April, if you can, please. A guy dressed as Wm. Shakespear ending up in a pond is more than I can swallow here-
