MILO, Maine -- A Milo man faces a charge of abuse of a corpse after police found him burning what are believed to be the remains of an infant, police said.
Ralph Disley, 46, was arrested Friday after police received a call from a resident who thought the remains of an infant were on Disley's property, said Stephen McCausland, spokesman for the Department of Public Safety.
When Maine State Police detectives arrived at Disley's Lyford Road home, they found him burning what appeared to be an infant's remains outside on his property, McCausland said.
