Brooke Chailer doesn't know when a firearm is loaded. "The only way I know how to tell if a gun is loaded is to pull the trigger" Chailer told cops.
During a domestic dispute with her beau Chailer took the man's shotgun from beside their bed and fired supposedly into homes nearby. The BF and his friends were out on the lawn picking up his clothing which Chailer had tossed out. She fired over their heads.
Chailer told LE this was true and "Yeah I fored it. Shouldn't have been *@#*#$* loaded". Ummmmmmmmm yeah and you shouldn't be freakin firing off rounds ya lunatic. She was charged with Felony Discharge Of A Firearm. I'd want her on attempted murder if i was that guy and his friends. Mugshot at link.
