I'm with the villiagers. I wouldn't leave my home! I live half way around the world and I am scared of those bears.

How terrifying!!! I wouldn't leave my house either not without an AK 47 for sure. In fact I don't think I would ever sleep again knowing those huge bears were outside. I may not sleep tonight and they aren't in Atlanta, Ga. Jeez!!!!

Its wrong to blame the bears when obviously irresponsble owners are to blame.
The vast majority of Man Eating Russian Bears make very loyal household pets.

Oh jeez louise, I read this subject line and the one about the town overrun with peacocks, and my head mixed them up. I was wondering how peacocks could have eaten 2 miners?

I need to get away from the screen for a while, I think.
