MAJOR investigations of a supernatural kind are being carried out at a house near Great Yarmouth to solve the riddle of ghoulish apparitions.
The Evening News revealed earlier this month how 86-year-old Percy Blyth was getting fed up of being visited by spooks nearly every night of the week.
Now a Gorleston-based ghostbusting company has spent time with Mr Blyth gathering evidence about the sightings.
Mr Blyth, a former BT engineer, has been seeing ghosts in his10-year-old semi-detached Bradwell bungalow for more than four years.
But Paranormal Dimensions is confident it can get to the bottom of the mystery.
The company has already spent two nights camped out at Mr Blyth's house with special scientific equipment including motion detectors and temperature and light sensors and environmental measurement equipment.
Julie Fellowes, of Paranormal Dimensions, said: "We've got no doubt Mr Blyth is completely sincere and we have formed a theory about what's going on, but I can't say too much yet until we have spent some more time at his house.
"We have already set up cameras in individual rooms in the house and monitored them from a separate room and we recorded him while he was asleep.
"He did see something but unfortunately it was just out of the visual range of our camera. We adjusted that on the second night but then he didn't wake up.
"It has been very interesting, it was brilliant to film someone seeing something. "
