HOA INJUNCTION DENIED.

The HOA at Chickasaw Oaks Phase III failed in their attempt to get protesters outside the Anthony moved. In the ruling (read full ruling), the court wrote, "That the residents of Chickasaw Oaks Phase Three have endured inconvenience throughout this saga cannot be denied. For the reasons set forth herein, however, the Court is unable to grant the temporary injunction requested by the HOA."


CASEY ANTHONY GETS DRUG TESTED

Casey Anthony was tested for drugs Monday. She said nothing Monday afternoon as she left a meeting with her home confinement manager at the Orange County Corrections building.

While Casey was drug tested, the results have not been released.

The state also released a list of witnesses who may be called to the stand if Casey Anthony, mother of missing toddler Caylee Anthony, is charged.

There are 85 names on the witness list including Anthony's own family and Zenaida Gonalez.
