LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) - Authorities have identified a body found in a creek near a Lincoln park as that of a missing Lincoln man.
Lancaster County Sheriff Terry Wagner on Tuesday identified the man as 21-year-old Dustin Jeune.
Jeune had been reported missing by friends Sept. 19. Wagner says those friends were with Jeune in the general area of where his body was found. A deputy and 1 of Jeune's friends had searched the area previously and had not found anything.
Two men walking dogs discovered Jeune's body on Sunday.
Jeune's cause of death has not yet been determined. Investigators are awaiting toxicology and other test results.
Authorities say Jeune's death was not from natural causes.
