Did Zanny the nanny dump the body close to the house to FRAME Cassy??

No... Casey dumped the body to frame Zanny. You had it right in a "backwards sort of way" .

Cindy and George were afraid this would happen. Maybe this is why Cassy is so upset? She has lost Cayle AND been framed!~
