Defense Witness List is exactly the same as State's with the exception of 2 names.

Good evening :seeya: Nancy's on ~ She's showing video of Casey in court in her suit "looking like a business exec". Judge shut down defense attempt to get prosecutors removed from the case. Defense witness list revealed. Where were the Anthonys today?

She was actually shackled when she walked in and JB asked them to remove them. They took her back out. She then came back without the shackles.

Their bid to get the prosecution thrown off failed.

When she was brought into the court room I think she was shackled but then they were removed for the hearing

JOSE's Motion on having the Prosecutors thrown off the case was denied

The DA's office has 100's of Lawyers & Jose has no evidence that the 3 Prosecutors on this case are the ones who filed the complaint against him

Cathy: KC looked frumpy, awkwardly fitting grey suit jacket, tight bun in the back, smiled quite a bit today with her atty and her parents atty. SHe later on "stifled" her smiles when parents atty came in.

Kathi Belich on Casey's demeanor in court ~ describing outfit and Casey stifiling her smiles. Jean Casares noticed Casey's ankles were shackled. Jean says normally inmates were prison blues not street clothes.
