ORLANDO, Fla. -- A lawyer for Casey Anthony's brother Lee said his client will give sworn testimony Friday morning in connection with the defamation suit brought by Zenaida Gonzalez. Gonzalez said she is looking to have her name legally changed.
Television cameras will be invited into the downtown courtroom Friday, according to attorney John Morgan.
Morgan said Gonzalez's name was taken in a public forum, so it should not be cleared behind closed doors.

Lee Anthony's attorney said Anthony wants to get the deposition over with. He said he knows nothing about Gonzalez. Gonzalez's lawyer said his client may claim not to know much, but they still have plenty of questions to ask.
The deposition is slated for 9 a.m.

Lee Anthony isn't going to answer questions under oath if the media shows up for his deposition Friday morning, his attorney Thomas Luka told the Orlando Sentinel today.
The pair will leave if Keith Mitnik with the Morgan & Morgan law firm allows reporters to attend the interview scheduled at the Orlando law firm, he said.
Luka then plans to file a motion to ask the court to keep his client from answering questions in front of the media. This is part of an ongoing defamation case involving Lee Anthony's sister, Casey, a 22-year-old mother accused of killing her daughter whose remains were found in December. Casey Anthony is charged with first-degree murder.

But Lee Anthony's attorney, Thomas Luka said his client will not answer questions with the media present.
"My first step is to ask plaintiff council to ask the media to leave the deposition room,” Luka said. “If plaintiff council refuses to do so, I will immediately file with him a copy of a protective order then file that with the Clerk of Courts and Judge Rodriguez.”
According to Luka, civil law procedure states that ‘no deposition shall be taken before persons that are financially interested in the action’. Luka claims because video and sound would be used in a news program, with commercial breaks, that technically the media has financial interest in what Lee Anthony has to say.

ORLANDO -- A new hearing date has been set for two motions filed by Casey Anthony's lawyer, Jose Baez.
One of the motions is asking a judge to stop the release of personal images of Casey's that were put on the Photobucket Web site

Meanwhile, Baez also filed a second motion to try to delay the release of jailhouse video that allegedly shows Casey's reaction the day Caylee's remains were found.
Baez claims the video violates his clients 6th amendment right to have her lawyer present as well as her medical privacy rights under law.

Hearing for the motions is set for Monday at 4:15 p.m. at the Orange County Courthouse.
