Perhaps you took to it like a "duct to water," LOL. But in a case like this, every little detail counts, and people pounce on the slightest clue.

Duct tape was only theory by a poster.

Chlorine water in lungs was only theory by a poster.

LE says there is no backpack/purse in CCTV video.

Well...technically true. The additional testing and tox screens won't be finished, but with the preliminary autopsy results LE should know the COD/MOD today or tomorrow.

Maybe it would be helpful -- if any of us are just speculating or offering a theory-- if we just begin our post with something that states that. For example:

**SPECULATION: Her mouth was duct taped and then she was dumped.

or

THEORY: her mouth was duct taped closed and she could not scream

If something is a fact, we could state that and add a link supporting it.

If we are try to be clear about what we are saying, we should avoid these kinds of issues and/or hurt feelings.
