Sandra Cantu was seen on video the day she went missing.

Sandra's body was found 10 days later in a suitcase, in an irrigation pond 2 miles from her home.

Melissa Huckaby has been charged with the kidnapping, molestation, and murder of Sandra Cantu.

Melissa is 28 years old and the daughter of an airconditioner repairman. Her birthday is February 23 1981. She was on the dance team in highschool. She attended Brea Olinda Highschool.

Melissa drives a purple KIA suv that was searched by the fbi

MH admits the suitcase Sandra's body was found in belongs to her.
MH had access to the nearby Church.
MH admits Sandra came to her house the day she went missing.

There are many legal definitions for commonly used terms which merit consideration.
Here are a few excerpts from the California Penal Code

California Penal Code 261: Rape:
(4) Where a person is at the time unconscious of the nature of the act, and this is known to the accused. As used in this paragraph,"unconscious of the nature of the act" means incapable of resisting because the victim meets one of the following conditions:
(A) Was unconscious or asleep.
(B) Was not aware, knowing, perceiving, or cognizant that the act occurred.

California Penal Code 289:
(1) "Sexual penetration" is the act of causing the penetration, however slight, of the genital or anal opening of any person or causing another person to so penetrate the defendant's or another person's genital or anal opening for the purpose of sexual arousal, gratification, or abuse by any foreign object, substance, instrument,or device, or by any unknown object.

(2) "Foreign object, substance, instrument, or device" shall include any part of the body, except a sexual organ.

California Penal Code 208 (Kidnapping)

(b) Every person, who for the purpose of committing any act
defined in Section 288 ....(lewd conduct w/ child),..... hires, persuades, entices, decoys, or seduces by false promises, misrepresentations, or the like, any child under
the age of 14 years to go ..... into another part of the same county, is guilty of kidnapping.


= Taking a child from point A to point B for or during the commission of certain crimes = Kidnapping

MH was convicted of Petit theft on 11/28/2006 in the Bellflower Superior Court of the county of Los Angeles in the state of CA.

A complaint was filed with the Superior Court of California, County of San Joaquin on 04 NOV 2008.

The complaint states that MH on or about the date of 11/03/2008 commited Commercial Burglary-second degree (a felony).
