AR AR - Albert 'Nubby' Scarber, 70, Nevada County, Dec 2008

The Nevada County Sheriff is looking for information related to the disappearance of Albert Lee “Nubby” Scarber.

Scarber, a black male, is 70 years-old and is described as being 5-foot, 8-inches tall weighing approximately 160 pounds. Scarber has a prosthetic left eye and a part of his right index finger is missing.

The last known whereabouts of Scarber is unknown, however, he shared a residence with another individual along Highway 200, east of the Rosston community. Scarber’s disappearance may have occurred as early as December 2008.

Details of Disappearance​

Scarber was last seen in Oak Grove, Arkansas on December 28, 2008, his 69th birthday. He was standing at the foot of the driveway, next to the road, at the time. He lived with another individual along Highway 200. He has never been heard from again.

It's not uncharacteristic of Scarber to leave home without telling anyone, but he's never been gone for this long. His case remains unsolved.
