This is the only article or information that I could find on Rosario. I was so angry about the comments left to the article that I felt I had to do something, so I figured I would start a thread for her, to show that someone does care.

Rosario went missing 6/24, after an argument with her family. Seems she wanted to go back to MX, where she was born. Her family looked for her for 5 1/2 hours, and then LE was called.

I am worried for her, she has very bad eyes, needs a cane to walk and takes heart meds. At least it seems that she had her medication with her. I know that it is hot, very hot in Arizona right now and I worry about anyone with a heart condition that isn't taking care of themselves in the heat. Not to mention with that cane, she is a sitting duck for somoeone that wants her money and might take advantage of her wanting a ride across the border.

She was wearing a blue and white plaid shirt with blue pants.

Found another article with a better physical description. They got the picture clearer too.

They describe her as Hispanic, 5'0 tall, 110lbs. with salt and pepper hair and brown eyes.

This one also says that her family tried to contact her after she was last seen. I'm hoping this means that she has a cell phone and will at least call after she has cooled down a little.

This link has 2 videos and an article. They have come up with much better photos for the video. They are now saying that she is also diabetic and does not speak English. They also say that she wouldn't hesitate to ask anyone (presumably including strangers) for help. There is also a discrepancy as far as the missing date. This article says Thursday, the others have all said Wednesday, but there are no actual dates, so I don't know if they mean this week or last week.

Very frustrating.
ETA: Video says she went missing yesterday, they also give her age as 66.

They say that she has taken off in the past, but usually goes about a block and then comes home. Her family is frantic and fears that she became disoriented and got lost. She has her meds, but her family doesn't think that she has any real idea when or how to take them.
They also list high blood pressure among her list of medical complaints.

Thank you for caring

She's just an old lady with a lot of health problems that wants to go home to her native country. I feel bad for her. I don't think that she deserves to be hurt or killed just because she got into a fight with her family. I hope that they are close to finding her. I also hoped by that putting her case here, some locals might pick up on it.

No news today as to whether or not she is still missing.

I have been looking, and she has been dropped from the media as far as I can tell. Nothing. I have been looking, though.

Those phone calls may have to wait until tomorrow. I have preliminary DNA coming in on a doe case and my phone won't quit ringing. I promise I will know something and let you know by the end of the week.

Not on the Mesa, AZ missing persons list still.
I did email the local newspaper to see if there was an update.

Wonder why she was taken off the missing persons list for Mesa? It's so weird how some missing people get a ton of media attention, and others just fall off the face of the earth. :(

The comments were sad and infuriating.
