Does anyone know where else we can get the document in one 7000 page PDF file like weartv had it in this broken link?

I was in the middle of creating an excel document index of this file to share with everyone here.

I didn't save the PDF on my computer (stupid me). Did anyone else save it? Can someone send it to me?
