A Web site promo for the program shows Cindy Anthony, Casey's mom. An announcer says, "The case that riveted the country. Her granddaughter dead. Her own daughter accused. Now Casey Anthony's parents are fighting to save her life." Casey Anthony is charged with the first-degree murder of her daughter, Caylee.
The network did not list an air date.
As CBS likes to note, "48 Hours Mystery" is the No. 1 series on Saturday nights. It airs at 10 p.m. on WKMG-Channel 6.

The defense asked that the jail "immediately cease and desist from monitoring and/or disclosing any communications" that Anthony has with her attorneys and that it "destroy all video or audio tapes or reports" of meetings between her and her attorneys.
And it wants the jail to destroy videos of Anthony and her attorneys.
Anthony also wants to visit with her family without fear their meetings will be recorded and released to the media.

Lawyers Want All Charges Dropped In Anthony Murder Case

ORLANDO - The latest bombshell in the Casey Anthony murder case came in form of a court motion asking for all charges to be dropped.
Anthony is in the Orange County jail on charges of first degree murder in the death of her toddler daughter Caylee Anthony. The mother claims the girl was kidnapped by a nanny.

<snipped> The defense team's "Amended Motion for Venue Change" asks the judge to either throw out the murder case against Casey Anthony or move the trial to south Florida.
A "Motion To Dismiss Due To Spoliation Of Evidence" has the defense saying the state failed to preserve any evidence that could clear Casey by not allowing defense experts to be present where Caylee's remains were found in December while investigators were processing the area.
The defense also wants the jail videos of Casey and her family to be destroyed and submitted a "Protective Order" requesting such action.
The defense also issued a response to the state's request to "compel reciprocal evidence" and asked that attorney visits with Casey not be videotaped.

Anthony’s attorney’s say the state destroyed the area where Caylee’s remains were found by Orange County Meter reader Roy Kronk on December 11, 2008 and by doing so the state has prevented the defense team from gather evidence.
Attorneys for Anthony are also asking that a change of venue for the murder trial be ruled upon within 30 days
A hearing date on the motions has not been schedueled.

Central Florida News 13 said one motion asks that recording at the jail be stopped when Anthony is talking to her lawyers and family.
