I've been following this case for a few days and some interesting info has come out. Last spring Barbara had received an apparent work related threat left on her car. Then last week an employee escorted from the building had been leaving threats on desks. It remains to be seen if these incidents are related to this case.

Theresa Heamon, the victim's cousin and closest living relative, said the note was left on Irish's windshield last spring.

"It said something like, 'Don't mess with my work station again or you'll be sorry,'" said Heamon. "She was scared enough to go to her supervisors and security."
Heamon said even with parking lot surveillance video showing a man leaving the note, they never figured out who did it.

"At that point in time, she thought it was a mistake. There were other cars like hers in the parking lot, and she thought someone had just gotten the wrong car," she said.

Meanwhile, AT&T employees who wished to remain anonymous said that just last week an employee was escorted from the building and that she had been leaving threatening notes on several desks.

Co-workers of a Denver woman who was shot in the head in her office parking lot are now concerned for their own safety.

Police said Barbara Irish, 53, was seen talking to someone in a gray or silver sport utility vehicle in the AT&T parking lot, located at 2535 E. 40th Ave., early Monday morning.

Then, witnesses heard gunshots, saw the car drive away and ran to help Irish, police said
