The Michigan State Police Canceled the AMBER Alert for the 16 year old Carson City girl after it was determined that she was not being held against her will. The search continues for the girl and the suspect.

Elizabeth Rachel Hubler, 16 yrs., white female, 5'2", 125 lbs. blue eyes and sandy blonde hair was last seen about midnight Monday in Carson City Michigan.

The suspect is Josiah David Patterson, 18 yrs., white male.

The vehicle is a black Chevy S-10 pickup truck with Michigan tag 2FMR18.

Police say he may have firearms and be headed to Montana through Canada.

Anyone with information is asked to call Montcalm County Sheriff at 989-831-5253 or dial 911.
