Somewhere in Germany there is a mutated Toddler that can hold 2 7lb weights up arms extended.. something many humans cannot do.

Does that mean that any child who can do something that most adults cannot is mutated? :waitasec: Or would that just be for a physical attribute? (I've often thought Shirley Temple was a mutation-she was only four and, man, could she dance!)
