HEMET -- Police say they have found human remains at a home in Hemet where three missing teens were last seen.

Felicia Sharpe, Adrian Rios and Jose Campos, all 17, were reported missing Nov. 17.

On Nov. 18, police served a search warrant on a home located on Bluejay Way and found one set of remains.

The remains were examined by a forensic anthropologist on Tuesday.

Police returned to the home Wednesday morning and found additional human remains in the backyard.

We don't have a thread for these three missing teens? How did we overlook that?

Human remains were found Wednesday in the backyard of a Southern California home where three missing teens were last seen, police said.

The discovery comes after investigators unearthed another set of remains in a search Nov. 18 at the property on Bluejay Way in Hemet, Calif., according to The Press-Enterprise.

Felicia Sharpe, her boyfriend Jose Campos and Adrian Rios, all 17, vanished more than a week ago, MyFoxLA.com reported. Campos lives at the home on Bluejay Way.

I looked and looked SF, didn't find one. The report came on my TV this morning as the chopers were circling over the house and yard and I immediately came here but found nothing.

Who else lived at the house? It would be hard to burn three bodies and hide it from the occupants.

Police are unsure if the remains are any of the missing teens, but Campos lives at the home where the remains were found.
Police said Sharpe is the girlfriend of Campos, and Rios was at Campos' home to watch a football game just two Sundays ago. Neighbors reported a bonfire in the backyard that night, then a day or two later, the teens were reported missing.

Neighbor smelled smoke from Hemet home where human remains were discovered

Neighbors on Bluejay Way, a quiet housing tract near Harmony Elementary School in Hemet, expressed shock today as news filtered in about the charred remains found at a house on the street.

Robert Rotsolk said he smelled what seemed like a bonfire coming from his neighbor's backyard two Sundays ago about 6:30 p.m. and reported it to the police.

"It smelled like pallets burning on the beach," he said.
Hemet police came on Tuesday and found the first set of remains in the backyard. They are investigating whether the remains belong to any of three 17-year-olds who disappeared without a trace a week ago. Two of the teens were seen at the home earlier.

Police are expected to release more information at a 2 p.m. news conference.

wow, this is crazy, i hadn't even heard about these kids on the news and i'm in Cali.

Dang, I'm not finding any live links.

One of three Hemet teens reported missing last week under suspicious circumstances – before human remains were found in the backyard of her boyfriend’s home – has been found safe, police said this afternoon.

Felicia Sharpe, 17, contacted investigators with her mother and is currently being interviewed at Hemet police headquarters, Lt. Dean Evans said.

She apparently had been with her mother since being reported missing on Nov. 16, but was afraid to tell her father, who is estranged from the mother.

The development leaves Sharpe’s boyfriend, Jose Campos, and his friend, Adrian Rios, as the two remaining missing 17-year-olds.

It's good news that Felecia is alright AND I hope that she knows more to help LE find the other two male teens.

wow, that's a surprise...how could you let the parent of your child think that she's missing, no matter how estranged you are?! unless of course, something was going on with the dad. i wonder what she'll say about the others and if she knows what happened....

(guess i should watch the presser!)

This case is twisty turvey and we don't even have an ID on the bodies yet.

Yes, at least one is accounted for. This is all so confusing as nothing was ever in the news out here about them being missing until last night.

None of them went missing on the same day. Adrian logged into his MS page 11-13 and Jose hasn't logged in to his since 9-26. Felicia had logged into hers on 11-14, she's Jose's girlfriend.

Matt Miller, 21, who lives two houses away, said two teenagers matching the description of the missing boys ran onto his lawn in a panic at about 6 p.m. Sunday. Their eyes were red and swollen.

The teens told him that they had been in a fight and claimed that someone had pepper-sprayed them. They also said police were after them.

This happened on Sunday, the 22nd, apparently, at a home rented by the Campos family. Wonder where the family was while this was going on? Fighting, pepper spray, police after, smelly bonfire in the backyard, to say nothing of bones ... Have I missed something about the family who lived in the house?
