I don't think I'd mistake him for Michael Jorden. I don't think he looks much like Michael Jordan at all aside from the bald head. Look alikes skin is much darker, nose wider and eyebrows are waaaaay off. I agree it's a ridiculous lawsuit that will most likely be thrown out of court.

This guy sued MJ back in 2006 and his case was tossed. I googled and all I can find is the old story but nothing indicating a new lawsuit. For whatever reason a few media outlets wrote about the 2006 incident as if it were new, after a few bloggers were recently discussing it.
