    Could this be a match? What do you guys think? Some of the details don't line up but a lot do.

    • The victim was discovered on June 27, 2003 in Los Angeles County, California

    Vital Statistics

    • Estimated age: 65-75 years old
    • Approximate Height and Weight: 5'1"; 102 lbs.
    • Distinguishing Characteristics: Brown/grey hair; brown/grey eyes.
    • Marks, Scars: Surgical screws to right ankle from healed fracture. One inch scar to her pelvic area.
    • Clothing: She wore a red, flower print dress, olive green pants, black/white coat, black sandals.
    • Other: She spoke spanish, possibly from Puerto Rico, Mexico.
    • Fingerprints: Available.
    • Dentals: No teeth.

    Case History
    The victim was located on June 27, 2003.
    She is known as a transient for the past 5 years in the area of the 200 block of South Main Street in downtown Los Angeles. Her name was never known.

    Alzheimer's Disease. Clothing: Possibly wearing a blue t-shirt, gray
    sweatpants and white "Reebok" athletic shoes. Jewelry: Wearing one silver on right index finger.

    There's enough there that I would go with it.

    The one big discrepancy is her height. Although there are a lot of very small hispanic women, 4'5" seems pretty small for an adult. It could be an error.

    Missing person:

    One problem is that the decedent is reported to have been known as a transient for the past five years before being found deceased, which would be about 1998-2003, and the MP disappeared from her residence in 2001.
