    [*]Marks, Scars: Surgical screws to right ankle from healed fracture. One inch scar to her pelvic area.
    [*]Clothing: She wore a red, flower print dress, olive green pants, black/white coat, black sandals.
    [*]Other: She spoke spanish, possibly from Puerto Rico, Mexico.
    [*]Fingerprints: Available.
    [*]Dentals: No teeth.

The victim was located on June 27, 2003.
She is known as a transient for the past 5 years in the area of the 200 block of South Main Street in downtown Los Angeles. Her name was never known.

There's enough there that I would go with it.

The one big discrepancy is her height. Although there are a lot of very small hispanic women, 4'5" seems pretty small for an adult. It could be an error.
 
Namus was updated in early 2019 and no longer carries any information that says the decedent was reported to have been a known transient for 5 years before she died (post #3 above). However the UID is still unidentified.
