A man stole an ambulance from a kidney dialysis center in Philadelphia today at rush hour. The man who refuses to identify himself took the vehicle onto the Schuylkill Expressway and a GPS tracked it. He wouldn't stop for police until he got that tire flattnening thing around City Line.
It was a slow speed chase the entire way.
O.K. this guy has to be outta his mind. We call the Expressway "The Sure-Kill" instead of the Schuylkill. Plus I lived here my entire life and usually still spell it wrong.
That traffic is so backed up at that time I could have caught him by running after him.
Can't wait to find out who he is.
