The purpose of a forum is to accomodate topic specific threads. Presently, the theory thread contains 1800+ posts on every topic under the sun. Members repeat the same questions over and over because the answers are buried in the hodge podge, and/or they won't take the time to look for, and post in, the appropriate thread!
Yes, there are quite a few threads in this forum, and many are unnecessary. That was the result of allowing members to open threads, which is no longer the case. New threads now have to be approved before they are open for posting. If a member would like to start a new thread, S/he can send me a request in a pm, and I'll be glad to consider it.
To answer your request, no, I won't move the post back to the other thread. Sorry.
As a reminder, comments about thread management always should be addressed in a private message to an admin or mod.
