I've been thinking along those same lines NIN since the Federal crack down in SW Florida, the last day Dr. Sievers worked in her offce!! Talk about strange coincidences, huh? I read the WSJ article about Dr. Roy H. pleading "no contest." But the comments following the story ARE ALWAYS THE MOST INTERESTING IMO.
 So for my fellow posters, I'm going to introduce a new word ECHOLALIA: meaningless repetition of another person's spoken word. (I'm obviously a Word Power Devotee of Reader's Digest. :blushing:) A former patient was kind enough to provide us with an ECHOLALIA-type repetition of a disturbing theme. However, I think the written words are not meaningless and more a reflection of an unscrupulous person providing copies of medical records and test results of aged patients in order to defraud Medicare.

ECHOLALIA in print? Off insurance? Make up for the income deficit by selling products? I guess this kind of information would not be significant except for the fact that Dr. Roy's vehicle ended up in front of Mark Sievers' house the week before his arrest!!!....WHAT ARE THE CHANCES????
I just can't help but wonder where the source of "photo copied medical records, test and results" could have been derived?

I won't be able to sleep without posting this first. :sigh:

In the letter referenced in my post here I have many grave concerns.

First, who refers patients a new doctor and references them by their first name "Dr. Roy"? Oh puhleeze! GMAB Why not Dr. Heilbron? Afraid someone might google him? :rolleyes:

Secondly, I have never had any information that he was setting up a practice in Boca Raton. From the beginning, my information was always he was headed to the Miami area. This letter is the first time I have heard anything about Boca. Since reading the letter, still all I can ascertain is he is in Aventura (near Miami).

What really concerns me most, is there is a Dr. Roy (LAST name) who is in the Boca area. A female who practices holistic medicine. DO NOT SLEUTH HER. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS. NOTHING. I'm going to protect that innocent woman at all costs. Because, well call me jaded, but unless someone can prove to me that Dr. Roy HEILBRON actually has a practice in Boca Raton, I believe this was intentionally misleading. Too many prior instances of gaslighting for me not to believe this is just another one. I believe they (MS and Dr. Heilbron) intentionally were misleading because they wanted to make sure no one googled Dr. Roy Heilbron, lest they find the truth.

I don't think that his being in jail changes anything. Did he give the patient info to Dr. RH? Or did he just communicate with the patients about Dr. RH? If he gave out the patient info, that was probably outside the scope of any consents he had. If he just used it, it was probably OK. Unless obviously it was part of a scam.
 
Any connection between Dr. Roy and LS or her husband? Or Dr. Roy and MS' sister? (If that is allowed - monitors?)

(And OMG, I gasped out loud waking up to this news this morning)

Is it possible that there will be more arrests in this case? With all the things coming up about the purple truck guy ( I use that reference because another poster (Beach) stated that there is a female dr out there called Dr Roy and its so sad that innocent ppl such as her are being tarnished with this crap) I wonder if he knew about the plan of murdering TS or was just involved in the medical fraud stuff?

The only thing that let me sleep last night was knowing the girls are with Mary.

However, according to the FL medical license information for the physician assistant listed on that page, under the "supervising practitioners" tab is none other than Dr. Roy Heilbron. So it seems to me his relationship with this Boca office is brand new since he's not on their website and he hasn't listed this office on the secondary locations tab on his FL medical license profile (even though he is obligated to keep his profile data up-to-date, which as I posted upthread, currently states he does not practice medicine in the state of Florida).

While I'm timing out, if anyone else want to try - the case # is 1:15-cr-02030-WJ. The "WJ" indicate the judge who it appears from the drop-down menu is either Wayne Jordan or William Johnson. It is a criminal case (hence the "cr") and it was filed in 2015 :)15).

I give up for the night. Will be happy to try again tomorrow when hopefully the weather has cleared up and I have a faster internet connection.

His criminal case is currently scheduled for trial beginning 9/19/16.

Not sure where to post, but the purple truck with trailer is still parked in the drive. NBC-2 is on Jarvis and just did video of Mark...I think with this guy (purple truck). The plates are from New Mexico.

Time to change gears...the purple truck has pulled out and was loaded up this afternoon with computer equipment...a LOT of it. The guy has been there all week and was described as having dark hair with a braid down the back. The trailer was packed to the hilt as well as the truck.

I have always thought that the murder has much to do with some form of fraud. I came to this conclusion by one of the first statements we heard from TS sister.

I have searched for that news clip with no luck :( but,, if someone recalls what I am referring to,, it was one of the first statements she stated to a news reporter.

Something to the effect that Teresa did not agree with what others were doing. *** this is my memory, not what was actually stated.

Any help here?
