Someone posted the property records for his land and the other thread. If the land was purchased around 2014, my best guess is that we should be looking at victims who have disappeared since then. While it is completely possible that he relocated the bodies, I think it is more likely that he killed people and put them there since he owned it.

Thanks. And was this in AZ? Is it safe to say he may have stayed in AZ a year or so before coming to SC?
 
If it's true that LE was investigating him and his property for an entirely different case and just happened to find KB, I imagine they have a pretty good idea of the identity of the other victim found today whether or not TK wants to reveal their name.

IMO, since he confessed to the 2003 Superbike Murders (and in that case the bodies were left on the scene of the crime) that means he may have committed other similar crimes over the years where the bodies were left for LE to find. For sure, we should find cases of missing people from the last 2 years that could be buried on his property but he doesn't seem to limit himself to one MO. The main thing connecting Charlie Carver (killed and buried on his property) and the Superbike 4 is that he used a gun. So any crimes with a gun, where the victims were left on the scene, should be looked at, IMO.

Her thread doesn't get much activity so I assume there isn't much available to sleuth, or her case is just not resonating with people as a possible link.

She is on the long list on the first page but she has also been mentioned multiple times in the other threads so I thinks that may be why no one mentioned her again. Unfortunately, I think she is high on the list as a possible victim buried on the 95 Acres :(

When I first saw that LE was conducting a joint warrant with Spartanburg PD when they found KB, my first thought was they were looking for Tracy. There were some mentions in the other threads that she might have been in an online group that TK was in but I'm not sure if anyone verified that or how much we can discuss it. I think people may not be posting to her thread much because there is not much info about her case available.

You're very right. I can't even imagine how many there could be. I only meant that the two bodies on his property are most likely people who went missing in the last couple years. I think it's absolutely worth it to look through everyone, because I have no doubt this monster has not let up since he got out of prison. Not even for year.

It's okay! I was hoping we could discuss the ones on the list that people think are most likely and see if there are any that can be eliminated. That's what this thread is for, so bring up all the names you want if you think they need to be looked at and if there are ones mentioned that you think have other more likely suspects or circumstances that can rule them out, please discuss.

The list is to encourage discussion and narrowing down, not a set in stone suggestion of all possibles. That's just who I found in a couple days of searching and most of them were put on the list before TK confessed to the Superbike murders. When I was looking up cold cases I saw the Superbike case and dismissed it thinking that was not his MO at all. I was so wrong! And it seems no one else suspected him or expected such a confession.

I had a scary thought that he might have even used the vehicles of his victims. His known vehicle list is somewhere int he long KB/CDC thread but only included the ones he currently owns, IIRC. I'm not sure anyone has dug into his older vehicles yet.
 
I guess I'll just put it out there that the gun seems to be his weapon of choice. He's not a strangler or stabber, it seems. We were told CDC was shot immediately. So I can see why road rage incidents might come up (although I don't think so far we've heard any modern day acquaintances say he has a temper ... it sounds like he kills very much "in cold blood").

In any case ... crimes where a gun was used (and quickly), or a gun could easily be used to gain control of someone, are what I'm envisioning.
