The guys laugh reminds me of this guy ( below)I am so sorry and felt so guilty but I found this hysterical a lot of it was his laugh

Here you go. As you will notice, the very first thing Oliver does is mosey over to April to check and see if she is into him or not. Geez Oliver!

Well, I guess we are adopting a puppy. What the heck am I doing and what has possessed me??????? Oh wait, I know. Two words, Baby Boy. I just cannot say no to that kid and his stupid dimple. I will post pics after the little guy arrives and gets accustomed or maybe more like I get accustomed!

Mark your calendars - love is in the air!

The Giraffe Cam has been down the past two days and will be delayed (at minimum) today.

Service on our antennas has disrupted signal.
Techs are on site.

As you can see, the lovebirds are back at it again!
April has been cleared for another pregnancy and has our blessing to allow nature to take its course.

The cam was once shut down for nudity; perhaps it's good we are offline during this "time".

We will be back on air as soon as we can!

Oh I so dislike the possibility of 15 or 16 year old April getting pregnant again. I felt it was a stretch as it was at her age having Taj. Grrrr. Plus it’s too soon! Is Taj even weaned? Dislike!

Happy 6 months of Life to our "not so little" Tajiri!

At 6 months of age, he is standing shy of 10' Tall!
His personality is one of independence, a nod to his father Oliver - though his genuine demeanor with guests & Keepers is a strong echo of mom, April's, personality.

Thank you to his fans, for your following and support, these past 6 months and prior. Together we continue to educate the world on the awareness of giraffes and conservation - and that is something to be proud of
