That is shocking! I can't believe what I've seen. He should be reported and reprimanded for that behaviour, I distinctly heard an "excuse me" before Jayde's father tried to pass.

I watched that video several times.
Certainly Jayde's father not at fault for that 'over the top' reaction by Price.
I certainly hope Price is reported.

I actually think that should be grounds for him to be disbarred. What a horrible person.

Let’s face it Tortoise, Price is a belligerent, repugnant, slovenly pig … no offense intended towards the 4 legged variety. This would fall into the category of court decorum. “One has a duty of courtesy towards Judges, opponents and witnesses alike”. Advocates are always expected to conduct themselves with dignity. He was in the courtroom and robed, and his behaviour, even if it was outside court, is totally inexcusable.

I've never seen counsel demonstrate behaviour like this either.

I Googled “beautiful eulogy for wife of 10 years” and it was the third hit on the page. He sacrificed seconds from his day to find that, but plotted continuously from circa September 2014 until he successfully had her eradicated from his life on 21 April 2015. No sentence can be long enough.

Price asked the timid Booi if police had asked her for a DNA sample, and why they had asked her for one.
She said the police had told her they had found blood at a crime scene and wanted to determine if it was hers.

Price asked her if she knew she was not obligated to provide a DNA sample, and she said she did.


After Booi was dismissed, Stander placed it on record that he would be applying to have the State's case reopened, as he would need to call two more witnesses.
Friday was the last sitting of this session. Court will resume on October 16. Price has placed on record that he intends to call Panayiotou's mistress, Chanelle Coutts, before concluding his case.

It is often Sleuthers that alert me to interesting cases.
Now another interesting one to follow.

There are stacks out there. So much evil, out there.
For balance, my friends send me cute animal videos, which puts a smile on my face.
Yesterday, coming home after walking my dog, I found a baby Magpie on my doorstep, too young to fly.

I caught her and did what I thought sensible, to keep it alive until able to fly. Bowl water, loads worms, entire street got involved.
Then I thought of another neighbor, further away.
Solution, let baby out, so parents can attend. By this time, baby drenched climbing into bowl water (found out should not have given water).
Within a short time, daddy came along (told males here, have white shoulders).

He carried food in beak and fed baby.
Yep, Mum came along, escorting baby about.
Apparently they watch babies, on ground, feeding, swooping down on predators.
Wonderful to see.

Found out this neighbor, feeds these wild birds, twice a day. A suburban neighborhood.
Little baby ventured to my place, several homes away.

Went indoors, happy, cuddling my doggie.
Good all around us, if we look, besides the evil we find on websleuths.
Here, on websleuths we do well, trying to help these poor souls.

by Charles, I was very sus and wanted to find out more.
