They've found her bike in a pond. They believe its her bike, looks like it is. No 100% confirmation yet.

[FONT=&quot]Anne Faber left her home in Rijnsweerd, Utrecht on a black bicycle on Friday afternoon. She went cycling on a regular basis. Around 6:50 p.m. she sent a selfie to her boyfriend. The poho shows her standing in the rain in Baarn. That was the last time anyone heard from her. Based on her phone data, the police determined that Anne was cycling on roue 115802, from Soest towards De Bilt, after that selfie was taken.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]After several unsuccessful searches in Baarn and Soest, clothing was found in Huis ter Heide that the police believe belong to Anne Faber. The clothing items are currently at the Netherlands Forensic Institute for investiggation. A police spokesperson told NU.nl that it has "top priority". On Wednesday another police spokesperson said that they hoped to get certainty about the clothing on Wednesday, but according to the cop that spoke to NU.nl, that was based on a misnunderstanding.[/FONT]

Divers are currently dragging in the pond of the Blookerpark near Huis ter Heide for the body of the missing Anne Faber. At the beginning of the evening a bicycle was found in the water. Everything points to it being that the bike of 25-year-old woman from Utrecht.

Police divers have been searching down the bottom of the pond with a camera since 19.30 hours. The camera hangs on a long rope. The pond is not far from the cycle path where yesterday there was an extensive search and possibly some clothing from Anne was found.

The search was stopped around half past nine minutes in anticipation of the arrival of the fire brigade. This will probably have to provide an adequate lighting of the pond.

Could Anne swim? Could she have been hit by a vehicle that then propelled her, injured, into this pond? Amazing they found that bike. Tragic actually...

i'm not sure for how long that bike was in the water. not for a long time, i agree.

most Dutch people can swim. All of us get swimming lessons on elementary school. thats because this country has lots of water.

The McDonalds restaurant that was mentioned in relation to another robbery of a cyclist is ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROAD.

The pond in the Blookerpark in Huis ter Heide is currently being emptied as part of of the search for Anne. Earlier tonight a bicycle was found there that probably belongs to the missing student from Utrecht.

After the find, employees of the SOAD dregteam searched the pond. They stood up to their waist in the water and towed a trawl through the pond.

But that seems to be unsuccessful. That is why the fire brigade is starting to empty the pond completely from midnight on.

Large black screens have been erected to shield the search from the press and watching bystanders. There were many people waiting alongside the park tonight.

Emptying the pond is expected to take 4 hours. Local time is a quarter past midnight.

I lived in Baarn for 3 months a year ago, very nice city and I felt very safe!
it's very scary to think what happened because it looks like that a crime committed here, I am praying for Anne safe return, sadly it doesn't looks good.
