Thats not a lie. Lindsay told people about James Mutell. He told people about why he was questioned first in Gilgo and it was because of the accusations levied against him by James Mutell. Webcrims is your friend. He was sentenced to 8 months for aggravated harassment, which is a joke of a charge. No one who isn't trying to be silenced gets that kind of a sentence for that petty charge.

Christopher Loeb, the man who brought down imprisoned former Suffolk Police Chief James Burke, has been arrested on charges he broke into a car, stole a purse and credit cards and then stole his mother’s car, police said Tuesday.

Loeb, 31, of Hearthside Drive in Mount Sinai, is facing charges of fourth-degree grand larceny, fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, possession of a hypodermic instrument and unauthorized use of a vehicle, said Assistant Commissioner Justin Meyers.

He’s set to be arraigned on the charges in First District Court in Central Islip Tuesday afternoon.

Harry Tillis, a Bohemia attorney who is representing Loeb at his arraignment, referred all questions to Loeb’s longtime lawyer Bruce Barket. Barket did not immediately respond to a message seeking comment.

Loeb was discharged from the John T. Mather Memorial Hospital in Port Jefferson at 4:45 p.m. Nov. 4 and broke into an unlocked car and stole a pocketbook with cash and credit cards inside, Meyers said.

Later that night, Meyers said, Loeb’s mother reported her car stolen.

“She specifically said he took her vehicle without permission,” Meyers said.

He was arrested on Nov. 6 at his home after his mother called police to say he was there, Meyer said. Loeb was “in possession” of his mother’s vehicle, six credit cards and a hypodermic needle, Meyers said.

Yes it is but can we please try to keep all this on catching a killer, I wonder is he hangs out in 12 step mettings looking for victims now. Any thoughts guys?
 
I don’t think Burke is the killer and I don’t belive that it was as hard as everyone thinks to get these girls to leave there phones behind. And not let anyone know where they where going. I think this guy was a regular and may have said something to the effect like it’s a suprise and I don’t want anyone disturbing us since iam paying $1500 I think this is simpler then it sounds and the politics are being used in this case for a reason I don’t entirely understand.
 
Anything ever come of the drugs in Burke’s cell? Or has history been rewritten?

Look carefully

the date of the arrest is April 25 (that was yesterday when she was in court for about one dozen summons's)
so she acted with disorderly misconduct yesterday - she must have made quite a scene
the girl is almost 6 feet tall.

The date of the appearance is today, April 26.
Her court costs alone are expensive. I can't even imagine the costs for her attorney's
because she is both in Nassau and Suffolk county courts.

I'm only posting ONE appearance.

The she they are referring to is LeeAnn who accused Burke of attending sex parties on OB if I’m not mistaken.
 
Theres no reason for either one of them to not get their acts together.

It may be a plausible scenario that Michael Pak followed Shannan Gilbert down Anchor way. She knocked on Barbara Brennan’s door and when there was no answer she ran across the way to the house of Peter Hackett. Perhaps Michael Pak caught up to Shannan Gilbert here. Peter Hackett then administered some type of medical treatment to her with Michael Pak present. The treatment calmed Shannan Gilbert enough that she was able to leave with Michael Pak. She has a subsequent reaction to the treatment shortly after leaving Peter Hacketts house. Michael Pak remains in Oak Beach until the coast is clear. He subsequently dumps Shannan Gilbert’s body into the marsh (she may still be alive or had already succumb to the deadly mix of drugs in her body). He takes her belongings and places them within the vicinity of Peter Hacketts house.

In the link you provide, when told the following by Moriarty, “You called Mari on your wife's cell phone on the third on that Monday when Mari said you called.". Peter Hackett is quoted as saying, “"Yeah, I'm sure I did. When you give ... look let me not get into it.”

Could he have been about to say, “medical assistance”?
