According to police, James Campell, 35, left 1649 Amsterdam Ave. and went to the Cornerstone Rehabilitation Facility, located at 159-05 Union Turnpike, June 7 at 7 a.m. and has not been seen since.

Police described Campell as an African-American male who is approximately 5-feet-9-inches tall and 160 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.

Oddly, my friend was in a helicopter ready to take off and saw this all happen right next to him. Apparently the person fell and drowned under the boat so it was a recent event.
